The core offering is a 3-week Board & Train program. This program includes daily work with the dog to implement all basic commands such as Sit, Down, Stay, Let’s Go (loose leash walk), Here (come), and Place. It also begins off-leash imprinting and includes practice in public places to reinforce learned commands. The program is conducted by multiple trainers to ensure dogs are accustomed to taking commands from both males and females.

Each Board & Train package includes a free one-hour session on pickup day and six private follow-up lessons, which expire one year after the dog’s pickup date. Dogs completing the program are eligible to attend lifetime group classes. Custom packages are available for additional options or for dogs with specific behavioral issues like house breaking, aggression, or fear aggression, which are handled on a case-by-case basis after an evaluation. These packages do not include personal protection or sport dog training.

Accomplishments

Andrew Collins, the Owner/Training Director, is a US Naval Law Enforcement veteran. He worked closely with K-9 Units from various law enforcement agencies while serving as Chief of Public Safety at Charlotte Motor Speedway. He has spent eleven years studying and learning to be a top-notch trainer, honing his techniques from multiple Master Trainers throughout the Carolinas. Lyndsay Collins, Co-Owner/Trainer, is actively learning the ways of a successful trainer and is preparing to host group beginner classes.
