The business is run by Baptist Knaven, a native of the Netherlands, who began his dog training journey in the early nineties. He has extensive experience rescuing and rehabilitating dogs and has successfully competed with various breeds in AKC, UKI, and USDAA agility trials, as well as Canine Biathlons. He emphasizes developing an effective, mutual, and respectful bond between dogs and handlers.

Accomplishments

Baptist Knaven started dog training in the early nineties. He has rescued and rehabilitated many dogs since moving to the U.S. in 2003. He has schooled, handled, and successfully competed with various breeds in AKC, UKI, and USDAA agility trials, from Novice to Master levels.

He and his dog Pépin are ranked number 1 in the AKC National League Regulation League and 3rd in the ISC League this season, having won the 24″ Regulation League in 2022. He and his dogs also compete in Canine Biathlons, finishing in the top 10 with two dogs (Tessa at #7, Pépin at #10) in the May 2019 US Canine Biathlon, a 4.2-mile race with over 80 obstacles. He has been sharing his vision in class and private settings since 2014 and is part of the Fast and Furryous Agility training staff.
