Quint Valley Gun Dogs offers communication classes for Upland Gun Dog Training and Off Leash Dog Training. Upland bird training classes typically start around September 15th and are designed to help owners build a lifetime partnership with their hunting dogs. These classes are limited to five dogs at a time, are 1-2 hours in length, and are held every Saturday and Sunday starting at 8 AM or 10 AM.

Individual training sessions are also available for specific needs. Their Snake Avoidance and Rattlesnake Vaccine Clinic exposes dogs to non-venomous bull snakes to teach avoidance of dangerous situations, particularly with rattlesnakes. This training is available in group clinics on specific dates or as individualized sessions.

Pricing & Policies

Pricing Summary

Upland bird training classes are $130 per class or 5 classes for $600. Gun dog classes are $100 and include birds. Individual training sessions are $60 per hour, with birds sold separately. Snake avoidance training is $100 per dog for clinic sessions or $125 for individualized sessions. Rattlesnake vaccines are available for $30 per dog. German Shorthaired Pointer puppies are $2,000, requiring a $300 deposit. Dog boarding is $55 per night, or $100 per night for two dogs from the same household sharing a kennel. Doggie daycare is $45 per day. Dogs picked up after 6 PM will be charged an additional day.

Policies

For dog boarding, dogs over 8 months old must be spayed or neutered. Dogs picked up after 6 PM will be charged an additional day for boarding.
