RottiEwe Farm is a herding and training facility owned and operated by Tracy Parciak in Wright City, MO. Tracy specializes in training herding breeds such as Rottweilers, German Shepherds, Border Collies, Australian Shepherds, and others to work with sheep, ducks, and cattle. She offers private lessons at her facility on weekdays and weekends, during mornings, afternoons, and evenings. Her training approach focuses on developing true stockmanship and instinct in both dogs and handlers, with a strong emphasis on competition preparation for AKC, AHBA, ASCA, and USBCHA events. The facility includes multiple outdoor arenas, a control round pen, and a large field for B courses, designed specifically for herding training and events. Tracy has trained multiple championship-winning dogs and coaches handlers at all levels, from beginners to advanced competitors.
In addition to training, RottiEwe Farm offers facility rentals for clubs and events, sells meat from their sheep, and has Call Ducks available for sale. The farm is used for national specialty trials and clinics, making it a hub for serious herding enthusiasts.
Tracy’s passion for herding is rooted in decades of hands-on experience, beginning in 1996, and she is known for her ability to read individual dogs and tailor lessons accordingly.
Accomplishments
Tracy Parciak has trained multiple championship-winning herding dogs, including Shane — AKC’s 7th Rottweiler Herding Champion and 3rd Dual Champion; Alex — AKC’s 2nd Dual Champion German Shepherd and AHBA Champion; and Ava — AKC 13th Rottweiler Herding Champion and AHBA Champion. She has coached handlers at numerous National Specialties including the American Rottweiler Club, German Shepherd Club of America, and United States Australian Shepherd Association.
