They sort of just take your dog back, you leave, and no real interaction or showing you where your pet will be kept or anything. The app I had to download to fill out something stated you can see how your pet is doing , but they didn’t upload anything onto it for me to see so I had to call and check on her. They sent me a picture in a text, only after that. I got her back the same as I left her, so that’s all that matters. It’s a ways off the beaten path, too. I may or may not use the again.”
