Ruby’s Cavapoos implements a comprehensive puppy curriculum based on the BAB program and Puppy Culture. This includes early neurological stimulation (ENS) and early scent introduction (ESI), performed from 3 to 16 days old, to promote optimal puppy development.
They begin potty training puppies at 3 weeks of age using a grate system and crate train them to sleep through the night by 8 weeks. The program also focuses on exposing puppies to various sounds, smells, environments, people, animals, and toys to foster confidence, problem-solving skills, and the ability to self-soothe. Temperament testing is also performed on the puppies.
Testimonials
“Being the Guardian home for Eevee has been a wonderful experience for our family. When she came to us, she had already been extensively socialized, exposed to many activities, and had beginner puppy training. It made it easy for us to pick up the training and see progress quickly. We were impressed with the breeder’s concern for the dog’s well-being. She could have come to our home at eight weeks, but her mother, LuLu, was still nursing her, and Jami and our family decided it was in the dog’s best interest to stay with her mother and benefit from nursing. She stayed for 11 weeks! This allowed us to see that this breeder was more concerned about her puppyies well-being than getting them out of the house. We have had access to the breeder from day one. Jami has been available to ask questions, and she even offered to watch our guardian dog when we travel so that she is used to being in the breeder’s home when it comes time to breed. This has been beneficial for us. She has been flexible with our schedule and assisted us when needed. Jami provided a clear contract that outlined what we would be responsible for and what Rubys Cavapoos would cover in dog expenses. The agreement is very fair, and the breeder covers all costs associated with breeding. We have been so blessed to have Eevee with us. She is a beautiful girl and will help bring the same joy we’ve experienced to other families in the future.”
– The Luker family
“Ruby’s cavapoos really invest in preparing their puppies for a smooth transition to their new home. we were so happy to bring our puppy home, but it was even better that he was already crate trained and potty trained. The family works with the puppies to help them adjust to sounds, change and people. we chose Ruby’s Cavapoos because we know they care about the puppies and their mom and make sure the puppies are healthy and ready to adjust to their new home and family.”
– Tamra (Mater)
“We absolutely love our cavapoo that we got from jami. He is very healthy and loving. I feel like she had already done a lot of training with him before we even brought him home. he was crate trained and pretty much potty trained. he knew how to sit and come when called. he already was sleeping through the night, which was wonderful. she sent many things home with him including toys that had been around his litter, food, treats, as well as a folder with a lot of helpful information. She does a great job of exposing her puppies to many different sounds, smells, and environments and gives you records of how the puppy responds. I would highly recommend purchasing one of her adorable puppies.”

About the Trainer
Ruby’s Cavapoos is a small, family-run dog breeding business located in Utah, specializing in F1 and F1b Cavapoos. Their primary goal is to raise healthy and well-adjusted puppies. They achieve this by carefully selecting breeding parents, ensuring their health through extensive DNA testing and OFA health screenings, and providing loving care in their home environment alongside their children and other dogs.
Their program incorporates the BAB program and Puppy Culture curriculum, which includes early neurological stimulation (ENS) and early scent introduction (ESI). Puppies receive abundant exposure to new situations and objects to build confidence and adaptability.
They initiate potty training for puppies at 3 weeks of age using a grate system and crate train them to sleep through the night by 8 weeks. Each puppy undergoes a thorough vet health screening, receives its first set of vaccinations, and is dewormed multiple times before going to their new home. Puppy adoption includes a go-home bag, lifetime breeder support, and a 2-year health guarantee against any life-threatening genetic diagnoses.
