Seattle Agility Center offers a variety of group classes in Agility, Obedience, Rally Obedience, Nosework, and K9 Dexterity Parkour. Most classes are 1-hour sessions per week with 5-6 students per class.
Agility classes range from Foundations (4-week session) for beginners to Agility 101, 102, 103, Pre-Novice, and advanced Competition Training (all 7-week sessions). Obedience programs include the STAR Puppy Program (12-week session) for young puppies, Beginning and Intermediate Obedience (7-week sessions) for older dogs, Performance/Work Foundations (7-week session) for advanced skills, and Tricks Classes (7-week session) where dogs can earn AKC Trick Dog Titles. Pre-registration is required for all classes.

Pricing Summary
Typical 7-week sessions, 1-hour per week, cost $250 per dog. Agility Foundation is a 4-week session for $120 per dog. Performance/Work Foundations is a 7-week session for $300 per dog. The STAR Puppy Program is a 12-week session for $350 per puppy. All classes typically have 5-6 students. Payment in full is due at the start of each session.
Discounts include a 25% military discount on beginning obedience and STAR puppy classes, and a $25 concurrent dog discount for additional classes taken simultaneously with the same or different dog.
Policies
Payment in full is due at the start of each session. If a class is missed due to illness or emergency, clients should email caninefun@aol.com to discuss credit. Drop-in options for part-time attendance are not offered.
About the Trainer
Seattle Agility Center is a dog training business dedicated to helping people and their dogs build stronger relationships through training and shared activities. They aim to foster better understanding and respect between dogs and their owners, promoting enjoyment in playing, working, and living together.
They provide a fun, safe, and supportive environment for participating in agility, obedience, and nosework activities. A unique advantage is their indoor agility facility, open seven days a week, featuring a 72′ x 108′ arena with a compacted sawdust floor and regulation competition equipment. They also have a spacious 72′ x 36′ training room for obedience programs.
Accomplishments
The Seattle Agility Center is led by Doug Ricks, Diana Harris, and a team of instructors. They boast the area’s only 7-days-a-week indoor agility facility. Instructors are CGC certified, enabling them to sign off on AKC Trick Dog titles.
How to Get Started!
Pre-registration is required for all classes. To pre-register, email caninefun@aol.com with your name, email, desired class name, starting date, and time. After confirmation, complete the registration form (available in PDF or MS Word format). Clients should also review the “Guidelines for Attending Class.” The completed form and fee can be sent via email (using Venmo for payment) or mailed with a check to PO Box 290, Maple Valley, WA 98038.
