Show Me the Biscuit, LLC primarily offers dog agility classes, ranging from introductory levels through competition. Prep School is a mandatory prerequisite for all agility classes, designed to build foundational skills like self-control, solid stays, and recalls in a fun, rewarding atmosphere. This class is suitable for dogs of any age and is a required step before entering Intro to Agility or Level 1 Agility.
Classes are typically structured as 6-week sessions, with Prep School being 4 weeks long. The agility classes are geared towards competition, and they do not offer “agility for fun” type classes. Private lessons are available for both agility and competition obedience, covering skills such as heeling, stand for exam, recalls, and sit & down stays. Due to extremely high demand, the business is currently at capacity and not accepting new students for agility, nor are they offering basic manners or puppy classes.
Pricing & Policies
Pricing Summary
Most classes run for 6 weeks and cost $155, unless otherwise noted. Prep School is 4 weeks for $115. A non-refundable $40 deposit is required to reserve a spot in a class. Details on private lesson pricing are available by phone.
Policies
Classes may be canceled or rescheduled if minimum registrations are not met, in which case deposits will be refunded or applied to a future class. No refunds are provided once a class has started. Class sizes are limited, and a spot is only reserved upon receipt of a completed registration form and a non-refundable $40 deposit.
For class attendance, dogs must have been in the owner’s home for at least 2-3 weeks prior to the start of class. All dogs must be fully vetted, free from contagious diseases and parasites, and evidence of a clear fecal test is required.
About the Trainer
Show Me the Biscuit, LLC is Williston Vermont’s premier indoor dog training center, located at Guy’s Farm & Yard. They are dedicated to positive reinforcement based training methods, utilizing rewards like toys or treats and clickers, and explicitly do not use corrections such as choke, prong, or shock collars.
The facility boasts high-quality equipment and flooring, including all rubberized contact equipment, 24″ weaves, a break-away tire, and 3/4″ RB Rubber Agility Flooring, prioritizing safety for both dogs and handlers. Their experienced instructors actively compete in various performance events, bringing a wealth of knowledge to their classes.
While they previously operated a natural pet supply store and training center for 15 years, offering expertise in health, nutrition, and products, they are currently focused exclusively on agility training. Due to extremely high demand, they are not accepting new students at this time and are not offering basic manners or puppy classes for the foreseeable future. Prep School is a mandatory prerequisite for all agility classes, even for dogs with prior titles or experience from other training centers. They also offer private lessons and sell a variety of training products.
