Sin City K-9 offers a “3 Step System” designed to teach dogs respect, responsibility, and boundaries. Training is provided one-on-one at the client’s home or through a Boarding with Training program at their private half-acre property. Sessions typically last 30 to 45 minutes and occur about once a week.
Their training options include:
Bronze: At-home, one-on-one training focusing on inside commands such as QUIET, OFF, PLACE, and COME.
Silver: At-home, one-on-one training that includes all Bronze commands and adds outside commands like WALKING, SIT STAY, and DOWN STAY.
Gold: A 3-week Boarding with Training program at their facility, which covers all inside and outside commands from the Bronze and Silver programs.

Mondio: Completed Mondio Level 3 with Ace, securing 1st place at Sin City Mondio in Las Vegas, NV (2012), 1st place at Endeavor Working Dog Club in Los Alamos, NM (USMRA Level 2 Title, 2011), 2nd place at Rocky Mountain Mondioring in Castlerock, CO (USMRA Level 2, 2011), 2nd place at USMRA Nationals in Hutto, TX (2011), 1st place in San Antonio, TX (USMRA Level 2, 2010), 3rd place in Oxnard, CA (USMRA Level 2, 2010), and earning the USMRA Level 1 Title and Decoys Choice Award in Oxnard, CA (2009).
PSA (Protection Sport Association): With his dog Trix, Richard won 2nd place at the 2006 PSA Nationals, achieving the highest placing female and being the first team ever to get a qualifying score at the Nationals.
Obedience Awards include High Obedience PSA 1 (2002), High Obedience PSA 2 (2003), High Club Trained award (2003), and High in Trial (2003).
Protection Awards include High Protection PSA 2 (2002, 2003, 2003).
Other PSA Awards include 3rd place at PSA Nationals 2004 (PSA3), multiple 1st and 2nd place finishes in PSA 1, PSA 2, and PSA 3 competitions from 2003 to 2006, and the Hardest Hitting Dog award with Jinx (2005).
