Testimonials
Perfect! I really thought I was going to have to rehome Nelson. He was so reactive and his prey drive was excessive. Had done several other obedience classes elsewhere (and they were good) but Sit Means Sit Cincinnati’s 10 day Board and Train did the job. We are meshing so well. I am so much more confident with my 90 pound Serbian German Shepherd than I would ever have thought possible. I am so in love with this dog I cannot wait to start our day hikes this spring. We’re not perfect yet but I have high hopes!

I highly, highly recommend Sit Means Sit! I adopted my first dog (an 8 year old hound mix) a few months ago and needed a lot of help with training. She was VERY reactive to other dogs, lunging and barking on walks. I tried another trainer and classes but I was looking for a more structured program. I found Sit Means Sit and was immediately blown away. From the first consultation, I could tell that they were very experienced and wanted to help me and my pup. We participated in the day training program and I can’t recommend it enough. We’ve enjoyed attending group classes each week as well as we continue to work on her reactivity. My dog is so much happier and is much more relaxed on walks. We have both come a long way, all thanks to Sit Means Sit. It is worth every penny!!

Absolutely incredible experience! The facility is spotless, and the trainers are not only kind and patient but also genuinely passionate about dogs. Their extensive knowledge and dedication truly set them apart.
Daisy had an amazing four-week puppy school experience–she was always excited to go and loved every moment. Throughout the program, we dropped her off once a week in the morning and picked her up in the evening. Each pickup included a one-hour, one-on-one session where the trainers walked us through everything Daisy had learned, ensuring we knew how to reinforce her training at home. They were always patient, eager to answer our questions, and encouraged us to reach out via phone or email during business hours if we ever needed additional guidance–which I did, and it was incredibly helpful!
One of the best parts of Sit Means Sit is that training doesn’t stop after the initial program. They offer lifetime group classes, and even after completing the program, I can still call or email with any questions.
While Sit Means Sit may seem pricey at first, it’s truly a worthwhile investment. For example, if training costs $3,500 and your dog lives for 10 years, that’s just $6 per week for a lifetime of expert training, ongoing support, and peace of mind. Investing in Sit Means Sit is investing in both your dog’s well-being and your own confidence as a pet owner. I highly recommend it!
