Sit Means Sit Charleston offers comprehensive dog training programs for dogs of any age, breed, size, or personality. Their services include Dog Day Train Programs, Dog Boarding & Training, Private Dog Lessons, Group Dog Training Classes, Puppy Training Classes, and Therapy Dog Training.

Day Training involves dropping off the dog in the morning and picking up in the evening, providing a holistic, consistent, and fun experience to master and retain skills. It includes 4 full days of training, 2 one-hour individual sessions, and 1 year of group training classes, along with a Sit Means Sit leash and e-collar.

Board & Train programs allow dogs to stay and learn, ideal for busy owners or those traveling. The minimum program length is 5 days, with flexible scheduling. It includes personalized daily training sessions, comfortable overnight stays at a trusted boarding partner’s facility, access to Private Lessons and Group Classes, a Sit Means Sit e-collar, and lifetime follow-up trainings.

Private Dog Lessons offer one-on-one, tailored training at their facility or the client’s home (within 35 minutes of facility for an additional cost). These are available to clients who have completed a Day Train or Board & Train program and attended at least 3 Group Classes.

Group Dog Training Classes are for dogs and families who have completed initial training programs, meeting for one hour, twice per week. These classes focus on advanced skills like advanced heel, remote sit, and recall, and require prior completion of a Board & Train or Day Training program.

Puppy Training Classes lay foundations for trust and obedience, covering house-breaking, kennel training, socialization, basic commands, and leash walking. Therapy Dog Training provides foundational skills for dogs to provide support in various environments, focusing on polite greetings, controlled walking, response to calling, and ignoring distractions, while eliminating aggression, anxiety, and reactivity.
