Sniffer School offers customized training programs for scent detection. Classes include Intro to Nosework, Intro to Odor, Advanced classes, and Elite Drop-in classes. Private Nosework Sessions are also available. New classes are started when a minimum of 4 teams are registered. They also prepare dogs for NACSW, K9 Scent Games, and AKC Scent Work competitions.

Pricing Summary
Group classes are priced at $170. Private Nosework Sessions start from $75 per hour. Drop-in classes are $40.

About the Trainer
Sniffer School is a dog training business dedicated to helping dogs and their owners unlock a world of adventure and fun through scent detection. They believe every dog has unique skills and abilities that can be developed through the art of nose work.
The school offers customized training programs tailored to individual dog needs, focusing on positive reinforcement. Nose work is highlighted as a low-impact exercise, mentally exhausting for high-drive dogs, and a confidence builder for shy, reactive, or anxious dogs.
Sniffer School also hosts and prepares dogs for scent work competitions in various venues like NACSW, K9 Scent Games, and AKC Scent Work.
Accomplishments
Angie Young, the trainer, is a Certified Master Trainer, AKC CGC Evaluator, ICAP, and CNWI. She has been training dogs since 2005 and has competed and titled multiple dogs in various sport venues including AKC Rally, Protection Sport Association, Dock Diving, and Nosework (NACSW, PSD, KSG). Her dog, Groot, earned his Elite 2 title. She has four other dogs competing in NACSW with titles including NW3, NW2, NW1, and ORT. Angie has been raising and training German Shepherds for 22 years and completed her CNWI certification in December 2023.
