Testimonials
“I found that Snorkle’s Way training to be tailored to my dogs’ personalities as well as to my willingness to learn methods to train my dogs. No lasting changes happen overnight when training dogs, I’ve learned – it takes lots of perseverance, patience and consistency and fortunately Dianna gave me tools that made it easier to stay focused on our homework, and also the encouragement and reinforcement I needed to keep at it. I was also grateful for Dianna’s responsiveness when I had questions and flexibility in scheduling me for our lessons with her. Beyond basic obedience, Snorkle’s Way offers some really cool and fun enrichment programs that my dogs & I hope to do more of going forward. I can’t say enough good things about working with Dianna – both her expertise as a trainer and her love of dogs. My dogs and I have a stronger, happier, more loving bond now and they’re calmer & more confident knowing what I expect of them.”

“Dianna is one of the best trainers I’ve ever had the opportunity to work with! She keeps up to date on many different modes of training and has a huge repertoire of tips, tricks, and skills to work with any dog/person team on any level. She is incredibly patient with me as a person, and so in-tune with my dog that my dog gets super-waggy whenever she realizes we have class! Snorkle’s Way also has so much to offer in the way of workshops and events that no matter what sort of training, skill-building, or just plain fun you want to have with your dog, she will likely have just the thing!”
– Client
“My wife Jess and I were totally clueless as first time dog owners when we got our puppy, Buffy. Dianna helped us so much and her obedience training class has helped Buffy learn and develop into a great, well-behaved dog! We are very grateful to Dianna for her help and we strongly recommend Snorkle’s Way!!”

About the Trainer
Snorkle’s Way Adaptive Dog Training is a dog training business founded by Dianna, inspired by her late pit bull Snorkle, who taught her that every dog learns differently. Located on an 84-acre private property in Walkersville, MD, the business offers personalized training programs designed to build strong owner-dog partnerships through fun, positive interactions. Services include private and group sessions in basic obedience, puppy primers, off-leash training using e-collars, trick training, canine fitness, backyard agility, leash walking, and enrichment activities like nosework and hiking on forested trails. They also offer Sunday Fundays, a weekly group activity combining hikes, agility, and trick games, as well as specialized programs for new dog acclimation, confidence building, and tune-ups. The facility provides a low-distraction environment ideal for focused training, and clients appreciate Dianna’s flexibility, responsiveness, and emphasis on relationship-building over dominance. Additional services include doggie daycare camp and volunteer-led therapy and education programs. Dianna is certified by the AKC as a CGC Evaluator and Fit Dog Instructor, and as a certified trick dog trainer through Do More With Your Dog.
