Southern Springers focuses on nurturing, socializing, and providing individual attention and training to each pup from day one in their home. This preparation ensures the pup is ready for its new home. The process involves three main stages: Week 1-4, puppies are delivered and cared for inside their home; Week 5-7, personalities emerge, and they begin the pairing process and outdoor training; Week 8-9, it’s time for owners to meet their pup and take them home.

Pricing Summary

A non-refundable deposit of $700 is required, unless they are unable to provide a pup within the agreed timeframe. The balance due is $3800 when the pup is transferred to the owner around 8 weeks of age.

Southern Springers is a family-owned and operated partnership that specializes in breeding and raising English Springer Spaniel puppies. They have expanded to include a second location at Majestic View Farms, where adults with disabilities assist in caring for the puppies.

From day one, their puppies are held, nurtured, socialized, and lovingly prepared in their home for careful placement into quality homes. They are not a kennel, but rather family breeders who raise two or three litters a year with extensive care and attention.

Southern Springers aims to match the perfect temperament to each family’s hopes and lifestyle, whether they are looking for an easily trainable, hard-working hunting companion or a hypo-allergenic family dog gentle with children. They search for the best bloodlines with proven health records, intelligence, athleticism, and even temperaments.

All their dogs are AKC registered and are OFA hip and eye certified by Auburn University, Virginia Tech, or UGA. Puppies come with a 1-year health guarantee, up-to-date de-worming and vaccinations, docked tails, removed dew claws, and copies of parents’ championship pedigree. They also provide consistent schedules and support with continued care.

Southern Springers’ dogs are AKC registered, and all are OFA hip and eye certified by Auburn University, Virginia Tech, or UGA. They strive to be one of the best breeders in the Southeast by sourcing and combining top field champion bloodlines and temperaments available in the U.S. They select their dams from the nation’s best Orvis-endorsed breeder with championship Field Trial bloodlines from Brainerd, MN (Pineshadows.com), and choose field-champion, proven sires from leading training kennels in the Southeast.
