Next Level Kennels Special Operations Group, founded in 2010 by Scott Tarpley, is a K9 training and special operations group located in Henderson, North Carolina. They operate a 10-acre training facility and specialize in providing top-of-the-line safety and security through their special operations K9s.

Explosive canines are trained to detect explosive materials in various environments, while narcotic dogs detect a wide range of drug substances. Next Level Kennels is also a full-service pet resort offering all-inclusive boarding, grooming, and training. Scott, the owner, has over 20 years of experience in Fire Rescue, specializing in Tactical Operations, and began working with K9s in 2010, leading to the establishment of Next Level Kennels with a primary goal to raise and train German Shepherds for police and military service.

Accomplishments

Scott Tarpley, the owner, worked for over 20 years in Fire Rescue in New York, achieving the rank of Chief Paramedic, FP-C. He specialized in Tactical Operations (SWAT), Flight Rescue, Education, and Leadership. Scott holds two degrees in Business Management and Emergency Management with a certification in Paramedicine, and has countless hours of education through state, local, and FEMA officials. Next Level Kennels was founded in 2010, initially focused on raising and training German Shepherds for police and military service. The business is a Member of Service owned Small Business.
