Policies

Online cancellations with more than 24 hours’ notice are free. Prepaid cancellations within 24 hours are forfeited. Pay-later bookings require payment before rescheduling. Sessions run rain or shine; closures only occur due to lightning or emergencies, with refunds issued. Classes with fewer than three dogs are canceled. Life jackets and toys provided. No credit card payments accepted onsite—only cash or check.
