Accomplishments
Sue Pearson holds a Master’s degree in Education and founded SPOT & CO. Dog Training in 1994. She is a charter member of the Association of Pet Dog Trainers (APDT), served as Treasurer for the APDT Board of Directors, and was instrumental in creating a Council for Trainer Certification and developing the APDT trainer certification test. She received the “Entrepreneurship Benefiting Animals Award” in 2006 and was named the “Ian Dunbar Member of the Year” by APDT in 2007.
Judy Warth holds a degree in Business Administration and received the “Entrepreneurship Benefiting Animals Award” in 2006. Lisa Pooley has Master of Arts degrees in Russian and English literature, co-founded the Friends of the Animal Center Foundation, and received the “Dances with Dogs Humane Award” in 2006 and the “Governor’s Volunteer award” in 2008. Kristin Johnson holds a B.A. degree in English with minors in French and Psychology, and received the “Governor’s Volunteer Award” in 2009. Jessica Neuzil has a B.A. in Linguistics and a minor in Psychology. Katie Murph is working on a degree in Classics.
