Spot On! Dog Training uses proven and gentle techniques to train dogs in various behaviors. Upon completion, dogs will have mastered behaviors such as coming when called, heeling without leash pulling, sitting, silence on command, aggression control, off-leash obedience, lying down and staying, and going to a designated “place.” They also address unwanted behaviors like jumping, counter surfing, digging, and chewing.

They offer Private In-Home Training with options for 3 or 6 sessions, allowing dogs to learn in their familiar home environment. The Board and Train service provides an intensive 7-day program in an improved training environment, including daily text updates with pictures, four training sessions per day, playtime, treadmill time, and two public field trips for real-world distraction training. This package includes training equipment, a bath and nail trim, a 1.5-2 hour pickup lesson for owners, lifetime phone support, and lifetime private follow-up lessons (up to 4 per year).

For dogs aged 6 years and older or those with severe human aggression, they offer Six Private Lesson and Three Private Lesson packages. These include training equipment, guaranteed results per lesson, and lifetime phone support. Client Boarding is also available, featuring daily text updates, two training sessions per day, playtime, and a bath and nail trim. While they specialize in obedience, they provide free resources for potty training rather than one-on-one courses.

Policies

The business guarantees that by the end of any lesson, the dog will perform the taught skills even with distractions. If the dog does not perform as expected, extra lessons will be scheduled at no additional cost.

To get started, clients can schedule a free in-home demonstration. During this demo, a trained professional will visit the client’s home, discuss the unique training protocol, evaluate the dog’s behavior, and work with the dog to show immediate results.
