Policies

If an evaluation is not cancelled prior to 24 hours of the scheduled evaluation time, Strategic K-9 Training will be unable to reschedule, and the evaluation fee is non-refundable.

How to Get Started!

To begin training with Strategic K-9 Training, clients must first complete an Evaluation Form on their website. This form is reviewed by their professional trainers. Following the review, a trainer will contact the client to set up an in-person evaluation with the client and their dog.

During the evaluation, a professional trainer will observe the dog’s behavior and temperament, discuss the client’s concerns and training goals, and engage in basic exercises to assess the dog’s current abilities. After the evaluation, a customized personal program will be designed for the client and their dog. Upon completing the customized program, clients receive a certification endorsed by Strategic K-9 Training. Clients are advised to ensure all adult household members are ready to start the training program before completing the application.
