Pricing Summary

AKC Registered Males & Females are priced at $3500 (+ 7.6% Sales Tax). A non-refundable deposit of $500 is required to reserve a puppy. Shipping is available to anywhere in the Continental US for the cost of shipping based on location. Full purchase price is due at the time of puppy pick up. Payments can be made by Venmo or bank check at least 4 days in advance of pick up, or cash on the day of pick up.

Policies

A non-refundable deposit of $500 is required to reserve a puppy. The 36-month health guarantee for hips, elbows, heart, and eyes is valid only if the puppy remains on the Life’s Abundance “All Life Stages” Nutritional System for the first 36 months. If a puppy is found to have a serious congenital defect within one week of receipt, verified by a licensed vet, the owner must notify the breeder and return the puppy and papers within one week of examination for a replacement or full refund, provided the puppy is in the same condition. This guarantee does not cover common parasites, veterinarian or shipping fees, or communicable diseases contracted after leaving the breeder.

The guarantee is voided by allowing the dog to become obese or underfed, evidence of neglect or abuse, previous related trauma, if the dog has been bred, or evidence of strenuous exercise (e.g., treadmill, jogging, extensive standing on back legs, excessive retrieving, playing on slippery floors). The guarantee is non-transferable and applies only to the original owner.

Buyers must have the puppy examined by a licensed veterinarian within one week of purchase to validate the guarantee. Buyers agree not to purchase the puppy for resale to pet shops, puppy mills, or agents. They must provide all annual vet exams and required vaccinations, and failure to provide documentation voids all guarantees. Buyers must provide proper care and adequate housing, including a fenced yard or kennel if housed outside, and groom, train, and care for the dog consistent with high-quality pet ownership. Obedience classes are recommended before the pup is 1 year old. Limited Registration pets must be spayed or neutered within one year of age or as recommended by their vet, and cannot produce litters.

The value of the pet for guarantee purposes is solely the original purchase price, excluding additional costs like shipping or training fees. Buyers agree to return their Golden to Sweet Cream Goldens if they are unable or unwilling to care for it, and will never surrender their dog to a rescue or animal shelter. Shipping fees are the buyer’s responsibility. Pups shipped at 8 weeks are guaranteed for up to 72 hours from the shipping date. The breeder is not responsible for death or injury due to negligence of the buyer, airline, or carrier.

How to Get Started!

To get started, a non-refundable deposit of $500 is required to reserve a puppy. Buyers receive weekly updates, including pictures and videos, as the puppies grow. Puppy selections take place at 8 weeks of age. Buyers can visit in person or make selections remotely via FaceTime, Skype, and phone conversations. Puppies are ready to join their new homes at 8 weeks old.
