Synergy Cane9 offers several distinct programs. The **In-Person Behavior Consultation** is a free, 90-minute session designed to provide insight into dog behavior, offer simple advice, and suggest a tailored training program. All adults in the household are encouraged to attend.
The **Evolution Program** is a 1-on-1 in-home training and coaching package consisting of six 90-minute sessions over 6-8 weeks. It focuses on transforming conflict into harmony, utilizing play for motivation, and includes in-home training, public field trips, off-leash work, socialization, manners, custom nutrition guidance, and lifetime support.
**Residency Programs** are unique board and train options where dogs live and learn with the founder at Synergy Cane9. These programs aim to help dogs detox from stress, anxiety, and trauma, and foster healthy behaviors in a structured environment. They include lifetime support, unlimited private training sessions during and after the stay, Structured Social Day visits, and all necessary tools and equipment. This is a family-style program, accepting only one resident dog at a time.
The **Nutrition and Wellness Program** is a 14-day residency program focused on canine health, where dogs live and train at Synergy Cane9. It’s designed for weight loss (targeting at least 10% of check-in weight) and improved physical conditioning, including all food (Volhard Nutrition), supplements, and various exercise modalities like treadmill, slatmill, flirt pole, and bike riding. This program is not for dogs with severe behavior issues.
**Structured Social Day** is an exclusive structured daycare and day training program for clients. It integrates socialization with balanced dogs, high-intensity exercise, and exploration through walks or field trips, with 1:1 training incorporated during the visit. The **Team Synergy Social Club** is a group class exclusively for past and current clients, offering opportunities to practice skills, socialize dogs, build confidence, and deepen the human-dog relationship through monthly sessions.
Finally, **Pack Walk/Pack Hike** are free group events held in various urban, desert, or forest locations, typically 1-3 miles long, often followed by breakfast at a dog-friendly restaurant. These walks provide a relaxed setting for learning, practicing skills, and socializing.

Synergy Cane9 has specific policies regarding dog health and conduct. Dogs showing symptoms of illness (e.g., coughing, diarrhea, vomiting) should not be brought to the facility. If a dog becomes sick or injured during their visit, they are immediately removed from the group and placed in a private room; owners are notified, and for serious injuries, dogs may be transported to a vet, with owners responsible for all veterinary bills.

Testimonials
“They say when you love what you do, you never work a day in your life. Then it stands to reason that if you love what you do, you’re probably really exceptional at your job. In the case of Tim from Synergy Cane9 both could not be truer. Tim’s love for dogs and passion for training was obvious from the time I met him during our initial consultation. It was his enthusiasm and genuine affection for my dog Jack that left a positive and lasting first impression. Seeing Jack now interact with people and other dogs in the manner he does seemed unimaginable to me a few months ago. I am overjoyed with how happy and well behaved Jack has become and that his anxiety does not exceed the normal level expected for dogs. From the first day through his last session with Tim, Jack and he were totally in sync. I now understand why Tim so aptly named his business Synergy Cane9. So, if you are looking for a true professional to trust with training your dog, and the exceptional customer service that goes along with it, I would highly recommend considering Synergy Cane9…there is no one better!”
– Shealee K.
“Working with Tim has been a game changer for us. I have a highly reactive pitbull mix who I never thought I would be able to walk normally in public. I was on the verge of giving up and thinking my dog would have to be kept at home all the time or could only go where there were no other dogs or animals. Tim helped us. He taught us the skills and structure we needed. For us it wasn’t a quick fix like I initially thought it would be. It required our time, patience, and continuous practice at home, but all the time and money spent eventually paid off. Tim’s knowledge of dogs is absolutely incredible and I would recommend him to anyone who looking to build a stronger and mutually respectful relationship with their dog. My dog and I both now have confidence and trust with each other and can live a happy, fun, and fulfilling life together. I cannot thank Tim enough for saving us!”

“Tim at Synergy Cane9 has been such an incredible resource, I cannot recommend him enough!! If you’re thinking of working with someone to better both you & your dogs life, please give Tim a chance! You have nothing to lose and SO much to gain! He genuinely listened to what I was struggling with (challenges being around both dogs and people… and a lot of anxiousness built up on my part over the years) and came up with the most creative approaches to work through those things and start building a more confident relationship with my dog. My absolute favorite part about Tim is that he really gives YOU the tools and knowledge to succeed when he’s not around. Over the last few months, I have seen my dog be in so many social situations that I could only dream of during the 4 years I’ve had him. Those wouldn’t have happened unless it were for Tim!! He is extremely communicative and reliable. My dog is not an easy one, and the relief I have having found Tim is inexplainable. I can’t wait to see what else we can experience knowing Tim is there to support and cheer us on!”
