Tails Humane Society Dog Training Center is an extension of Tails Humane Society, a dedicated animal shelter located in DeKalb, IL. The organization’s core mission is to foster a compassionate community by providing care for companion animals, offering quality and individualized attention to over 2,350 displaced pets each year. They accept pets from owners who can no longer keep them, from Good Samaritans who find homeless pets, and also work with animal control and other shelters to rescue at-risk animals.

In addition to dog training, Tails Humane Society offers various other services and programs for pets, including a Spay/Neuter Clinic, assistance with Lost and Found Pets, and a “Dog’s Day Out” program.
