The team includes experienced trainers such as Ginger Ament, who holds a degree in Psychology and Sociology and is responsible for service dog training program operations; Barbara Coakley, a head trainer and retired Police Detective; Lee Hoeflich, a US Navy veteran dedicated to helping veterans with service dogs; Todd Johnston, President of Tails of Hope; Natalia Nizker, a Certified Trick Dog Instructor and Animal Actor Evaluator; and Cristi Waller, who leads advanced classes and assists with service dog training.
