Memberships are available for flexible access to facilities for activities like dock diving, agility, pond play, and off-leash play in a large fenced space. Training takes place in a covered arena.

Policies

A strict policy requires dogs not to be at daycare for at least fourteen (14) days prior to boarding or kennel stays. The Bordetella vaccine must be given at least seven (7) days prior to check-in for boarding, otherwise, the stay cannot be approved.

For training appointments, a twenty-four (24) hour cancellation notice is required, and the training fee is non-refundable for less than 24 hours notice. For regular boarding season, a three (3) day cancellation notice is required, while holiday/vacation period boarding reservations require fourteen (14) days notice.

Deposits are non-refundable for any reason. However, deposits may be used as credits for future services if cancellation is within the specified time frames. If cancellation occurs with less than the required notice (three days for regular season or fourteen days for season reservations), the original deposit is forfeited, and a new deposit will be required to reschedule.
