Policies

For Boot Camp, cancellations must be received in writing via email at least one week prior to the start date for a full refund. Missed days are forfeited. For Camp Courage and FIT Dogs, cancellations/reschedules require 24 hours notice for a refund. For In-Home Training, cancellations within 48 hours incur a $50 fee; prior to 48 hours, the entire prepayment is 100% refundable. Mini-Course cancellations less than 24 hours prior are subject to a $50 fee. Packages for Club K9 and FIT Dogs are non-refundable, and unused days are forfeited within the expiration period (e.g., 8 weeks).
