About the Trainer
Jacky Penswick, owner of The Devoted Dog, started her business in 2016 with the goal of helping owners understand and communicate with their dogs, fostering trust and freedom. She emphasizes a personalized approach, designing custom training methods and programs for each unique dog and owner, moving at a comfortable pace for both.
She is a certified professional dog trainer and an Approved Evaluator for the AKC’s Canine Good Citizen program. Her passion is to share her knowledge to help beloved pets become productive and enjoyable members of their families.

Accomplishments
Jacky Penswick is a Certified Professional Dog Trainer through The Animal Behavior College and an Approved Evaluator for the AKC’s Canine Good Citizen program. She is a Professional Member of the International Association of Canine Professionals (IACP) and a Member of the Association of Professional Dog Trainers (APDT). She is also Canine First Aid & CPR Certified, licensed, and insured.
