The Dog House of Delco offers training through its ‘Furever Learning Training School’. They provide private lessons that are completely customized to each dog’s needs.

The first session for private lessons involves an evaluation and discussion of goals, with coursework then determined based on the dog’s specific needs and current ability. Training is offered in packages, such as 6 classes for private lessons. Small group training sessions are also available for all ages and skill levels.

Pricing Summary

Training: Private Classes are $700 for 6 classes.
Daycare: Half-Day is $23/dog, Full Day is $36/dog. Packages include 5 full days for $170 ($34/day), 10 full days for $330 ($33/day), and 20 full days for $610 ($30.50/day). A 10% discount is offered for a second dog.
Boarding: Pricing per night varies by suite size and number of dogs. For one dog, rates are $61 (3’x6′ suite), $67 (4’x6′ suite), $75 (4’x7′ suite), and $90 (6’x6′ suite). Discounts apply for second and additional dogs from the same household. A $15 holiday fee applies for major holidays. In-house food is available for $5/day, and medication administration incurs an additional cost.
Grooming: Baths range from $20 (small) to $75 (X-Large). Nail clipping is $10. Full-service grooms range from $80 (small) to $170 (X-Large). Additional costs may apply for certain breeds, breed-specific cuts, difficulty, or dematting. A mandatory $75 flea bath fee is charged if a dog arrives with fleas.

Policies

All dogs must have up-to-date vaccinations (Rabies, DHLPP, Bordetella) with written veterinary proof. Dogs will be inspected for fleas and cannot be admitted to daycare or training if fleas are present; a mandatory $75 flea bath will be performed for grooming clients with fleas.

All dogs must undergo an evaluation by The Dog House of Delco before participating in group play for daycare or boarding; meet and greets cannot occur on the first day of boarding. For boarding, multiple dog discounts apply only to dogs from the same household that sleep together at home.

Boarding check-in is 7:00 am – 12:00 pm Mon-Fri and 9:00 am – 12:00 pm Sat/Sun. Check-out is also 7:00 am – 12:00 pm Mon-Fri and 9:00 am – 12:00 pm Sat/Sun. Late pickups after 12:00 pm incur a $20 charge Mon-Fri and $25 Sat/Sun, requiring an appointment. Holiday hours vary and are posted in advance; no drop-off or pick-up on New Year’s Day, Easter Sunday, Fourth of July, Thanksgiving, and Christmas, with a two-night minimum for boarding during these holidays. A $25 fee is charged for no-shows for scheduled grooming services.

Currently, new dogs are only being accepted for grooming/training services and Media daycare, while clients seeking daycare or boarding in Broomall will be placed on a waiting list.
