Pricing Summary

Overnight Stay reservations require a 50% deposit at booking, fully refundable with 24-hour notice (72 hours for Peak Periods). A 15% discount is offered for second and third family members (same species) staying together. Extended stays (21+ nights) require an active credit card, a minimum of one daily a la carte activity, two emergency contacts, and a bathing service before departure, with a 50% deposit at booking, 25% upon check-in, and the remaining balance at pick-up. Feline overnight stays offer the 11th night free after 10 consecutive nights.

Grooming appointments require a $50 deposit, refundable with 24-hour notice; cancellations within 24 hours forfeit the deposit. A $50 no-show fee applies for missed appointments, charged in addition to the forfeited deposit. Two or more no-shows may require a 100% deposit for future bookings.

Daycare options include Half-Day, Full-Day, and Play & Stay. Early drop-offs and late pick-ups are available by appointment and incur additional charges, varying by location. Unscheduled late pick-ups incur a $100 fee plus the late pick-up charge. Monthly memberships (Silver Paw, Gold Paw, Platinum Paw, Unlimited Paw) are available for full-day daycare, requiring a three-month commitment and are non-transferable/non-refundable. Daycare packages (10 & 30 Full-Day, Half-Day & Play & Stay) are also offered for savings. Puppy Playcare is priced at $60 for Full-Day, $50 for Half-Day, and a 10-day package for $580. Pickup and Drop-Off service rates are per one-way trip. A daily Special Services Charge may be added for senior pets if their care instructions are outside Red Dog’s daily routine.

A daily Special Services Charge may apply for senior pets requiring care beyond the standard routine, and Red Dog cannot administer injections. Extended stays (21+ nights) require an active credit card on file, a minimum of one daily a la carte activity, two local emergency contacts, and a bathing service before departure, with prior approval from the Care Team.

For Doggie Daycare, all guests must have current Rabies, Distemper, and Bordetella vaccines (MA requires a six-month booster). Dogs seven months and older must be spayed or neutered, though unaltered dogs over seven months may be allowed with a veterinarian’s note stating a spay/neuter date, but Red Dog reserves the right to remove them if behavior issues arise, and will not accept unaltered dogs over 14 months. All daycare dogs must wear a flat-buckle collar with identification, and certain items like flea/tick collars, harnesses, and clothing will be removed upon arrival, with Red Dog not responsible for lost items.

Puppy Playcare requires puppies to have received their first Distemper (DHPP) vaccine at 8 weeks or older and the second at 12 weeks, with vaccines not given on the day of a reservation. Proof of Rabies vaccine is required as soon as eligible, along with a negative Fecal Exam (including Giardia) before the first day. Puppies must come with a size-appropriate leash, harness, and flat buckle collar (no extendable flexi leads).
