We have been at all not happy with Will and his lack of professionalism. He does well with training and seems very knowledgeable however if he cannot be on time, does not answer his texts in a timely fashion, and speaks to me disrespectfully when we are paying our hard earned money to him then the knowledge of training really just goes out the window. We could have found someone else with equal amounts of knowledge who respects our time and is respectful of us. We purchased a 4 session package with Will, we have only completed 2 and are no longer interested in completing anymore.
