How to Get Started!

To get started, clients can fill out a contact form or call for a free consultation and will be contacted within 48 hours. Everyone begins with an evaluation consultation, which can be held at the trainer’s location, via Zoom, or at the student’s home. This initial meeting helps the trainer understand needs, discuss goals, and tailor programs. Clients are asked to fill out a “Goals and History” form before the first session.
