For those seeking more personalized solutions, Private Training and Behavior Consultations are available. These one-on-one sessions begin with a phone conversation to discuss your dog’s issues and your goals. Following this, an in-home visit is scheduled to start working on a customized training plan.
After the initial private session, clients receive a written evaluation, the training plan, and recommendations. The K9Konnection works with clients to schedule subsequent sessions and provides ongoing support for the duration of the training.

Group classes are priced at $250.00 for most courses, with a mini-class available for $150.00. Specific class prices include AKC S.T.A.R. Puppy Class, Beginner Manners, Intermediate Manners, and Reactive Rover Mini Class at $250.00 each, and Practical TRICKS for Everyday Dog Life! Mini Class at $150.00.

Their training approach is entirely force-free, based on scientifically proven positive reinforcement methods. They explicitly state they use no prong collars, choke chains, physical force, or shock collars, with no exceptions. The team includes Nil O’Boyle, the Owner/Training Director, who has over 20 years of experience and is certified by the CCPDT and Animal Behavior College. Accomplishments
Nil O’Boyle, the Owner/Training Director, has over 20 years of experience training dogs. She is certified by the Certification Council for Professional Dog Trainers (CCPDT) as a CPDT-KA and by Animal Behavior College. Nil is also a researcher by trade, committed to staying current with the latest behavior research.
Lindsay Consiglio-Jackson is a graduate of CATCH Canine Trainers Academy, a CTA Certified Dog Trainer (CCDT), and holds the CPDT-KA certification. Rebecca Gordineer has an Associate of Science degree in Veterinary Technology and has worked as a veterinary assistant for five years.

To get started with group classes, clients are encouraged to email or call to discuss their needs. Registration links are available for specific classes. For private training, one-on-one sessions are scheduled after an initial 30-minute phone conversation to understand the dog’s issues and client goals, which helps in preparing a preliminary training plan for the first visit.
