The Leash Connection offers several training programs. Group Classes, lasting 4 weeks, are available for both puppies (12-20 weeks old) and adult dogs (6 months and older). These classes focus on basic commands and addressing common issues like leash pulling, jumping, barking, and recall, aiming to improve communication between dog and owner.

Private Classes provide one-on-one instruction, ideal for unique schedules or specific behavioral issues, including aggression. The Drop Off & Train program is a 4-day service (Tuesday-Friday) where dogs are trained on manners during the day, similar to a daycare, and picked up in the afternoon. This service is limited to four dogs at a time and is not suitable for aggressive dogs.

Additionally, they offer a 4 Day Puppy Imprinting Program for puppies aged 12 weeks to 5 months. This program introduces puppies to basic concepts such as walking on a leash, curbing biting and nipping, being quiet in a crate, sit, down (without stays), waiting at doors, and recall. Continued work at home is emphasized for success in this foundational program.

Group classes are priced at $195.00 for a 4-week program. Private classes are available for $300.00 for two sessions. The Drop Off & Train service and the 4 Day Puppy Imprinting Program each cost $525.00. Tuition for all programs is non-refundable. How to Get Started!

To enroll in a class, clients must sign up prior to the class by clicking the “sign up for class” link and submitting their information. Payment can be completed online or by mailing a check or money order to their address. For the Drop Off & Train service, a meet and greet with the dog is required before beginning the program.
