All new clients must complete a Behavioral Assessment to determine the best service. Board & Train programs involve daily training sessions, supervised play, and rest in individual kennels, with daily video and photo updates sent to owners. Daycare Training includes one-on-one training during daycare hours with detailed reports. Private training is offered in-person at the facility or virtually. Training is customized to each dog’s needs using a balanced approach, with corrections like leash tugs, verbal cues, or tools like pinch collars and e-collars used only after owner consent. Follow-up sessions and in-home training support are provided at pickup for Board & Train clients.

Pricing Summary

Behavioral Assessment: $135. Regular Daycare: $65/day. Structured Daycare: $90/day. Daycare Training: $150/day. Regular Boarding: $110/night. Private Training: $175/hour or $699 for 5 sessions. Board & Train priced by night or program. Additional fees: $10 for puppies under 1 year, $10 late fee for pickups after 6pm Monday–Friday, $20 for pickups after 6pm on weekends, and $10 for daycare pickups after 10am Monday–Saturday. Policies

All services require a prior behavioral assessment. Reservations must be approved and are made through an online portal. No charges for cancellations, but excessive cancellations are discouraged. Dogs must be free of illness, on flea/tick prevention, spayed if female and 6+ months, and vaccinated. Dogs coming from other high-traffic locations must isolate for 2 weeks before arrival. No tours of the facility due to insurance and training integrity, but limited viewing from reception is allowed. Late pickups incur fees.
