These lessons emphasize owner education and building a strong bond.

Board & Train Programs are intensive, immersive experiences conducted at Fulton Ranch, ranging from 4-week House Manners & On Leash Obedience to a 5-month “Complete Control” program focusing on off-leash mastery. Dogs must be social and crate-trained for these programs.

The Virtual Group Class is a monthly Zoom-based community offering open discussions, Q&A, and classroom-style courses on topics such as dog behavior, handler skills, operant conditioning, and training ethics. Membership includes access to a private Facebook group with learning guides and video tutorials, plus an annual in-person training weekend.

Specialized offerings include Malinois/Dutch Private Lesson Packages for high-drive breeds, Confidence Building & Environmental Work, and a Fully Trained Protection Dog Program that matches clients with highly obedient and protective Belgian Malinois or Dutch Shepherds. Online Zoom Training lessons and packages are also available for quick advice and structured virtual learning. Testimonials

“Alicia is an AMAZING dog trainer. Initially recommended to me by a friend, I was immediately drawn to her passion for and connection with all dogs, but especially working dogs. She takes a completely unique approach to dog training, using Applied Behavioral Analysis concepts (generally used with non-verbal individuals), and applies those to teaching dogs. The result is a one-of-a-kind learning experience for you and your dog.I’ve been a part of her online group for a few years, and when I picked my working GSD puppy up in August 2021, my husband and I made tracks for Florida so that she and I could give him the absolute best foundation possible. She’s also continued to support us over Zoom after we left Florida, for which I’m immensely grateful. <3 If I could give 10 stars I would!!!"
– Charline

"We have used Fulton Strong for multiple training sessions and was 100% satisfied. Alicia went above and beyond my expectations for help with Ruger. She is so knowledgeable in Canine Behavior and always has your dogs best interest at hand. I am also a participant in her weekly zoom meetings. This is a priceless service at a low cost. The amount of training and information we get each week is phenomenal. I highly recommend Fulton Strong Canine Behavior Services. Your dog will thank you!"
