We used them for boarding our dog and each time it was with someone different. We would ask for updates and would check in with them but we would receive no responses until multiple attempts. Excuses were made as to why our pups gps collar was stationary when we boarded him. We were going to board with them a week ago and decided not to go with them and we received some very unprofessional text messages. We had paid upfront in good faith because we’re good people but upon backing out of or boarding with them they kept the $375 we paid. They have yet to refund any of the money after multiple attempts of us trying to get some of the money back. Keisha the owner stated there was some “fee” of $200 for not boarding our pup. I was okay with that even though it sounds like they’re just searching for an excuse to take our money. We still haven’t received the $175 that Keisha promised to return to us. Very unfortunate. Would not recommend boarding your pets here. I will say, they trained our dog well but some of the training is useless unless you get trained on how to work with your dog. Anytime we asked Keisha questions we didn’t receive the help we needed because they have trouble understanding that we’re not dog trainers so it’s not second nature to us. Anyway it’s hard to believe that we had to endure some of the negative experiences with this company.

Genuinely one the rudest experiences I’ve had with trying to ask someone about their services. Called yesterday trying to see what it would require to see if my dog could be trained to be a service animal, I got a quick break down of the prices with no explanation for anything else at all except for that it’s $1650 for 10 courses then more money and more money. No explanation on training or anything. then got asked quickly if I wanted to pay now so that I could start as soon as Sunday. I let Keisha know I needed to talk to my boyfriend about it first since it’s a lot of money to decide what to do and she told me that I needed to decide fast, as if things would change suddenly in one day. She told me I could do Zelle or Venmo and never once mentioned the credit card options listed on the website. I called again and she had already forgotten who I was in 20 minutes and I let her know I’m just a little weary of being scammed and she said “scamming people doesn’t pay my bills” which I’m not sure what that even means. She called me earlier herself when I said that I would call HER and I said I need a little bit of time to decide also because my dog just got spayed and she needs a little time to recover as she’s still wearing her cone. I let her know my dog is 1.5 years old beforehand and she was still willing to train and take my money. After I let her know that I needed a bit of time she told me very rudely “well your dog probably isn’t going to become a service dog anyway” and hung up on me. I don’t think these people actually care about your dog or you and only want money.
