About the Trainer

We are a dog training company founded by Kelly Charais, originally inspired by the need for a specialized service dog for her husband diagnosed with ALS. We train dogs of all ages, sizes, and temperaments for service, therapy, and companion roles. We offer in-person training programs at our facility, including board-and-train options, daycare, and grooming. Our services include puppy selection guidance, breed-specific training, and rehabilitation for rescue dogs. We emphasize communication, consistency, and positive reinforcement, with many clients reporting dramatic improvements in behavior and bonding. We also provide ongoing support and follow-up sessions to ensure long-term success.

We operate a full-service facility with supervised group play, climate-controlled environments, and secure grounds. Clients receive regular updates, photos, and videos during board-and-train programs. We work with families across state lines and have trained dogs for clients in multiple states. Our team is passionate, knowledgeable, and deeply committed to the well-being of every dog in our care.

Accomplishments

We have successfully trained service dogs for individuals with ALS and other disabilities, including a 6-year-old girl who earned certification with her service dog Budleigh. We rehabilitate rescue dogs for adoption and have helped numerous families transition dogs from high-stress environments to well-behaved companions. Our facility is known for its clean, secure, and nurturing environment.
