TNT Dog Center

TNT Dog Center offers a variety of training programs across different disciplines. For **Agility**, classes range from Competition Prep, focusing on trial readiness and distraction skills, to Novice, Intermediate, and Excellent/Master levels, which build on handling skills, course analysis, and complex sequences. Specialized “Skills and Drills” classes are also available to improve specific agility techniques like contact skills, jumping, and weaves.

**Obedience** programs include Puppy Basics for young dogs under 5 months, covering foundational behaviors like sit, down, come, stay, socializing, and loose leash walking, while also addressing common puppy behaviors like jumping and mouthing. Beginner Basics is offered for puppies and dogs over 5 months. “Better Behavior! Continuing Obedience” aims to increase reliability by adding distractions, duration, and distance to basic manners, and introduces heel work and wait. For those interested in competition, “Competitive Obedience – ALL Levels” prepares teams for AKC obedience, and “Rally Obedience” teaches handlers and dogs to navigate a course of designated stations.

In **Dock Diving**, group classes are structured by skill level: “Guppies” for puppies under 6 months to build swimming confidence and toy drive; “Tadpoles” for dogs over 6 months to establish confident swimming and jumping; “Leapers” for dogs confidently jumping off the ramp/side, focusing on competition skills; and “Flyers” for advanced dogs pursuing Air Retrieve. These group classes are four weeks long and cost $100. Private dock diving lessons and assisted swims are also available.

For **Scent Work**, TNT Dog Center provides 10-12 Introduction to Scent Work classes each week, running for six weeks. These classes teach dogs to be obedient to odor, search for it, and alert their owners when found, suitable for dogs of any breed, age, or prior training experience, including older dogs. Additionally, the facility offers private pool rental for swimming or dock diving, open Air Retrieve sessions, and pool party rentals. An assessment ($30) may be required for dogs prior to pool rental to ensure they can swim and use the pool safely.

Pricing Summary

Dock & Swim Group Classes are four weeks in length and cost $100. Private Dock Diving Lessons are $40 for 1/2 hour and $70 for 1 hour. Private Assisted Swims are $40 for 1/2 hour.

Private Pool Rental is $30 for 1/2 hour and $50 for 1 hour, with an increase of $10 per handler per hour for more than two handlers. Open Air Retrieve sessions cost $15 per dog. An assessment for pool use is $30. Pricing for Pool Party Rental is available upon inquiry.
