Training is delivered through private in-home sessions (45–60 minutes), group classes (twice weekly, 45–60 minutes), board and train (1–6 weeks), and drop-off lessons (1.5–2 hours per session, scheduled twice weekly). Each program includes hands-on instruction for owners, skill demonstrations, and tailored exercises based on consultation. Board and train includes four daily training sessions, three potty/walk breaks, and three play/decompression periods. Drop-off lessons include owner demonstrations upon pickup. E-collars are recommended but optional for off-leash training. All programs require an initial consultation and evaluation.

Training packages include Basic Obedience (8 private sessions), Intermediate Obedience (12 sessions), and Off-Leash Obedience (17 sessions). Group classes cost $75 per session with a $100 evaluation fee. Board and train programs range from $4,000–$5,000 for puppies and $7,000 for stud fees. Full payment is required before the first session. A cancellation fee applies for appointments not canceled 24 hours in advance. Unused sessions remain as credit. No refunds after training begins.

Top Tier Texas K-9 is not liable for injury, illness, theft, or property damage caused by the dog. Images and videos may be used for advertising. Boarding clients release the business from liability for medical emergencies and are responsible for all veterinary costs.
