The training programs are structured as group classes held at their facility, specifically in the “Ruff House.” They include supervised puppy playgroups focusing on proper interaction and play for puppies aged 3-6 months. Intensive Leash Training classes aim to teach dogs to walk on a loose leash, practice impulse control, and calm down, starting on their grounds and moving to off-property locations with distractions. Recall Training Classes focus on teaching dogs to come back when called, emphasizing its importance for safety and defusing conflicts. All classes require owners to bring a long leash, a harness, and high-value treats. Attendance at all sessions is mandatory for multi-session programs, and children are not allowed in classes for safety reasons.
Pricing & Policies
Pricing Summary
Supervised puppy playgroups cost $180 for six sessions or $35 per individual class. Recall Training Classes are $250 for two 2-hour sessions. Intensive Leash Training Classes are $450 for nine hours over six 1.5-hour sessions.
Policies
For daycare and boarding, dogs must be dropped off by 10 am and picked up by 7 pm sharp to avoid disrupting the pack’s energy and sleep cycles. Late pickups result in an overnight stay charge. For training classes, attendance at all sessions is mandatory for multi-session programs.
Testimonials
“Dog Days Daycare is a wonderful place to leave your bestest best friend when you can’t take him or her with you. We adopted our first dog last year. There are places we go where we simply aren’t able to take our Abby. We visited many kennels and were just not comfortable with the idea of having her spending time in a cage or paying extra for having her exercised.
When we contacted them, we were told by Robin, that our dog had to have an in-home “audition” to make sure she was a good personality fit for the no cage environment at Dog Days. Robin visited my home and after about a 30 minute visit told us we can take the next step and leave Abby for a half day. We did and we’ve not ever looked back. Abby fit right in with the other dogs and enjoys her time in the large house with expansive yard, running and playing. She’s simply exhausted when we pick her up.
We’ve used DDDC services for quite a few full day and overnight stays and the experience has always been first rate. The staff is attentive and caring. We’ve utilized their grooming services and have all good things to say about the quality of the services.
You won’t be disappointed, if you use DDDC.”

“Onyx loves it at Dog Days! He can’t wait to get out of the car and play with his friends! He went to training there when we got him 7 years ago and has gone ever since! We board him at Dog Days too. I love that it is cage free and the dogs are never left unattended. When I am going to be out for an entire day I bring him there and take advantage of the” trans-pet-ation”. ”

“We are in love with Dog Days and if anyone asks to speak to a family that are current clients, please feel free to give our names. Dog Days has been a life saver for us!
From day one, our boxer Lucky has been in love with everyone at Dog Days! As soon as she gets into the car, she assumes that we are taking her to Dog Days, when we pass the street, she cries to make sure we know that we missed the turn! She comes back to us completely exhausted from an entire day of working out with the staff and the other puppies.
Most recently, when our son was born, Dog Days came to our rescue and picked up Lucky (on very short notice) and took care of her while we were at the hospital! Thanks Robin and all the Aunts, Uncles and Friends at Dog Days!”

About the Trainer
The Training Center at Dog Days Daycare is a privately owned, family-operated facility offering dog daycare, sleepovers (boarding), and grooming services, in addition to dog training. They emphasize a cage-free environment for daycare and sleepovers, where dogs have free access to indoor and outdoor play areas. The facility includes a converted residence (“Dog House”) and a 5,000 sq ft “Ruff House” for high-energy and large breed dogs, with plans for an indoor swimming pool and a dedicated training center for board & train services.
Their approach focuses on providing a “just like home” environment with constant supervision by trained staff, ensuring socialization, exercise, and mental stimulation for dogs. They aim to prevent boredom, loneliness, and destructive behaviors by offering a safe alternative to leaving dogs home alone.
The training philosophy, led by trainer Jeannette Rybak, is based on understanding the dog and facilitating communication without using force. Jeannette has extensive experience in dog behavior and psychology, including working with aggressive or biting dogs. They offer group classes for specific behavioral issues like recall and leash training, and supervised puppy playgroups.
Accomplishments
Jeannette Rybak, the trainer, has twenty years of experience as a dog behaviorist and trainer. She studied animal psychology with a focus on dogs in Switzerland and gained extensive experience in recognizing, analyzing, and treating complex relationships between dogs and humans. She also mentored with an experienced dog trainer in Leipzig, Germany, in behavior therapy and is a breed warden of the IHV (Internationaler Hunde Verband) dog sports club.
How to Get Started!
For daycare, an assessment appointment is required, scheduled for early weekday mornings (7:30-8:30 am) and costs $20. Owners and their dog tour the facility, and the dog is slowly introduced to other dogs for 3-4 hours to assess their fit for the open environment. For training classes, registration and payment are required by a specific date before the class starts.
