Policies

Purchases are non-refundable. Services can be rescheduled without penalty if done at least 48 hours prior to the reservation start time. For boarding stays, refunds of deposits are given if cancellation occurs 5 days prior to the agreed-upon start date; otherwise, the deposit or first payment is retained.

Boarding pickups and drop-offs are by appointment, and clients are requested to inform the business of travel plan changes at least 2 hours in advance. A late fee of $5.00 for every 5-minute extension will be billed if a client is more than half an hour late for a scheduled pickup or drop-off, with exceptions made on a case-by-case basis.
