The primary goal is to build handler confidence so dogs can focus on their owners amidst city distractions. Training methods focus on educating the handler with proven techniques to improve communication with their dog.
nnIn-person sessions often include the trainer demonstrating skills with the dog, followed by a breakdown of the interaction for the handler to understand and consistently replicate. Virtual sessions are used for goal-setting, aligning on training plans, and reviewing successes or challenges. For new puppies, the first session covers potty, crate, and impulse training, along with guidance on safely exposing the pup to city life.
