Testimonials
Mike Dixon is an excellent dog trainer. We started with private sessions for a few behavioral issues and basic commands, and the progress was amazing after just a couple of sessions. We ended up enrolling in Advanced Obedience class, Therapy Dog prep, and even Off-Leash class — something I truly never thought my beagles could be trusted with. But Mike’s techniques work, and our dogs are doing very well off leash.
You will have homework, but Mike explains everything clearly and is always happy to answer questions. If you put in the time, the results are amazing. Our dogs are a joy to be around now, their recall is much improved, they walk nicely on a leash–and we get comments all the time about how well behaved they are.
Highly recommend Mike — he has made life better for us and our dogs!
– Client
We approached Mike to ask for help with our dog who was traumatized by a previous trainer and had become aggressive. We chose Mike because he has 25 years of experience and great reviews. Mike did not disappoint. He came out, assessed the situation and was optimistic he could help her if we followed his guidance. Within the course of a month, our dog had made drastic improvement. We cannot praise his methods enough. He has made a huge difference in our dog’s life and truly cares. She has bonded with him and is now comfortable being around him. If you have a dog in need of guidance for behavioral issues, Mike is your guy.
– Client
Best dog training in the city of Cincinnati! Mike Dixon is a pro and got our reactive pitbull / staffordshire mix dog Tank back on track within 3 sessions of working with him. Mike is reasonable and excellent to work with. He has over 25 years of dog training working with reactive dogs, aggressive dogs, and normal dog training as well. Highly recommended for puppies, younger and older dogs! Thank you Mike
