Dog Training Methodology

Methods:

  • Balanced Training

Trifecta Dog Training utilizes a “complete, whole dog approach” through a 3-Stage system designed to build long-term, lasting changes in a dog’s thoughts, feelings, emotions, and actions. This system combines the efforts of their trainers with the owner’s work at home.

The three stages are: Stage 1- Behavioral Foundations, Stage 2- Obedience, and Stage 3- Going Beyond. They accept dogs of all shapes, sizes, and temperaments, and work with a wide range of behavioral issues, from bite histories to potty training. Their in-home pet sitting also incorporates training-based care, with an example full-day schedule including structured walks, place command practice, and mental/physical stimulation.
