Dog Training Methodology
Unleashed Canine Obedience offers unique and customizable programs, including the “Out and About Program” and “Set for Life Program.” All programs focus on teaching dogs to calm themselves, improve listening skills, and address issues like leash pulling and jumping.
The key distinction between programs is the amount of time spent together with the client and the initial 1-on-1 time spent with the dog. More dedicated time with the dog at the beginning leads to faster and easier training for the human owners, and results in a more reliable dog in various situations, including off-leash.
About the Trainer
Unleashed Canine Obedience, LLC helps dog owners whose dogs are hyper, have selective hearing, jump on people, steal food, or pull on leashes. They aim to help dogs get on the right path in life so owners can bring them to outdoor activities with the family without worrying about embarrassment due to over-excitement around other people or dogs.
Their programs are very unique and customizable, allowing families to choose the program that best fits their preferences. In all programs, they teach dogs how to calm themselves, leading to more relaxed and happier dogs that listen better, which in turn makes owners more relaxed and happier.
The training ensures issues like pulling on the leash and jumping on people are addressed, and dogs listen in a wide variety of situations, potentially even off-leash depending on the chosen program. The main difference between their programs is the amount of time spent together and the initial 1-on-1 time with the dog, which results in faster, easier training for humans and more reliable dogs around distractions and off-leash.
