Policies
A Training Agreement & Refund Policy is available for Board & Train programs. Doggy Daycare packages expire 60 days after purchase. For daycare, all dogs must have updated Rabies, Distemper, Bordetella, and Influenza vaccines, and provide a clean fecal test every 6 months. “I sent my 2 year old mixed breed for the three week board and train. I needed to help her work out her severe dog reactivity which was beyond anything I was capable of dealing with. Growling, lunging, pulling me onto the ground—it was completely unmanageable. I had already spent close to a thousand dollars on personal dog training which did absolutely nothing for us. By no means did I have a bad dog I just had a dog with a lot of anxiety and no boundaries or structure. “Everything about my experience with UCA was first class. My dog, Whistle is a 4 year old Siberian husky and we live in Denver, CO. I was able to get my dog to Tom and staff where Whistle did the 2 week board and train.
