He is so knowledgeable and an extremely qualified trainer, he could do magic with any dog regardless of breed, age, or problem. My dog just came home and in one day I can see the difference in behavior, she is a completely different dog and we love it. “My disabled brother has 2 little toy Australian Shepard dogs who are his everything, his world, but they had absolutely no manners. They were not housebroken, barked at everything, ran out the door and down the street any chance they got BEFORE they met Sergio and his staff. We sent both the dogs to Sergio for the 4 week Board & Train Program. Sergio was able to train them and conquer their bad habits quickly but he went so much more above and beyond than I ever could have imaged. He made trips to our home afterwards to help my brother understand how to continue with the training at home and while the dogs were away at training, Sergio sent videos and pictures regularly to show us the progress and to help comfort and ease my brother’s stress of being away from his “babies”. We have since kenneled our dogs with Sergio as well and I trust him completely with the care of our “animal babies”. “Sergio has truly transformed our lives! My German Shepherd, Tinkerbell, is a strong-willed “chainsaw on wheels.” Before training, walks were a challenge–she would pull me down the street and only obey basic commands when she felt like it. Her jumping was out of control, making it difficult for me, our guests, and even my two-year-old. We attempted training on our own, but it became clear that Tinkerbell needed more expertise than I could provide. At seven months old, she joined Sergio’s eight-week program. His patience and deep understanding of dogs are remarkable. Now, Tinkerbell has blossomed into the perfect family dog! She no longer jumps on people, heels beautifully while walking (even without prompting), and can stay in her “place” for hours with a calm demeanor. Her “out” command is fantastic, and playing fetch has never been easier. Sergio went above and beyond, taking Tinkerbell to new environments where she once felt scared, and she thrived in those situations. I learned just as much during this process as she did. Sergio provides daily videos of her progress and schedules training sessions with us to reinforce her skills at home. He even checks in regularly to ensure she continues to do well.
