WAG offers a diverse range of dog sport training and competition opportunities, including Agility, Obedience, Rally, Nosework, and Tricks. Classes are structured as 8-week sessions, with each session consisting of one hour of class per week. The Level 1 Agility program is a comprehensive 32-week series, broken down into four progressive 8-week sessions.

In addition to regular session classes, WAG provides “Workshop Classes,” which are non-session offerings where students can sign up for individual dates and times, paying per class for increased scheduling flexibility. Class levels span from Puppy and Beginner through Advanced Competition, with specific prerequisites for higher-level courses. WAG also hosts various trials sanctioned by organizations such as AKC, CPE, TDAA, UKC, and UKI, alongside fun runs, sniff & gos, run thrus, and educational seminars and workshops.

Workshop Class fees are $17 for members and $19 for non-members per one-hour class. New students are required to make full payment to reserve a spot, while continuing students pay at the first class of each session. A $30 nonrefundable portion applies to cancellations made before the first class; no refunds are issued once a session begins, and missed classes are not refunded or made up. Students whose bitches come into season during a class session may attend with panties or receive a credit for a subsequent session.

Policies

If a student cancels before the first class in a session, the session fee is refunded except for a $30 nonrefundable portion. Once the session starts, there are no refunds. Payment is for an entire session; any missed classes during that session will not be refunded and may not be made up.

If a bitch comes into season during a class session, the student has the option to attend class (panties required), or may choose to skip class and receive a credit to be applied to a subsequent session. For Workshop Classes, a minimum of 24 hours notice is required for cancellations to avoid owing the class fee for the missed class.

How to Get Started!

To register for a session class, prospective students must first contact the class registrar at wagclassregistrar@gmail.com to confirm a spot in their desired class level, day, and time before submitting a registration form. New students are required to provide full payment and a completed WAG Training Application to reserve their spot.

For continuing students, registration involves contacting the registrar, with payment due at the first class of each session. A new WAG Training Application must be submitted at the first class of each new calendar year. Email registrations are not accepted before 6:00 AM on the Monday of sign-up. For Workshop Classes, pre-registration is mandatory via email to the specific class contact person, including the student’s name, dog’s name and breed, and desired class date(s)/time(s). New students should also provide details about their dog’s current training level. WAG does not accept walk-in registrations.
