Wags n Wisdom Dog Training offers a diverse range of programs. Group Classes include Puppy Class (8-24 weeks, 6 weeks, covering basic skills, potty training, nipping, jumping, and off-leash play), Basic Manners (4+ months, 6 weeks, focusing on foundational skills and preventing unwanted behaviors), and Advanced Manners (6 weeks, building on basic skills with distractions, distance, and duration). Pricing Summary
A single private in-home session, which includes a 1-1.5 hour consultation and introduction, costs $125. Private training packages are available: a 3-pack for $345 (saving $30), a 5-pack for $575 (saving $50), and a 10-pack for $1150 (saving $100). These packages do not apply to the initial consultation appointment.
For the Train n Play service, a New Client Evaluation day costs $50 for a half-day and $75 for a full-day, with package deals also available. Full payment is due at enrollment to reserve a space for all services, including group classes and Puppy Play Hour, though specific prices for these are not listed.
Policies
Dogs and puppies must be current on age-appropriate vaccinations and be in good health; sick dogs are not permitted. Acceptable equipment includes flat nylon or leather collars, harnesses, and 4-6 foot leashes. Prong, choke, slip leads, electronic collars, and retractable leashes are not permitted.
Group classes are limited to 6 dog-handler teams, with exceptions for outdoor classes. Puppy Play Hours are limited to 8 puppies, and Train n Play days are limited to 10 dogs, with up to 5 dogs assigned per handler.
Full payment is required at enrollment to reserve a space. Payments are non-refundable and non-transferable with less than 24 hours’ notice before the service begins, and also non-refundable or non-transferable once the service or class has started, with no exceptions. If minimum enrollment for a service is not met, clients will be notified 24 hours prior and offered re-enrollment, credit toward another service, or a full refund. In case of weather cancellations, clients are notified at least 1 hour prior to the start time.
