Core services include one-on-one day-training, Service Dog Coaching, Puppy Start Right Training, Behavior Consulting and Modification, Private Lessons, Board and Trains (force-free), Retreats Upstate, and Virtual support. They also provide socialization/positive proactive exposure, counter conditioning, desensitization, stimulus control & behavioral fluency, and address leash reactivity for aggressive or frustrated dogs.

They offer outings for New York City-specific challenges (anxious or fear-based) and manners training for home or building challenges. Puppy and Rescue Adoption Preparation is also available.

Accomplishments

Joshua Latour, the founder, is a pet-care industry veteran with over 15 years of experience. He is a Certified Training Partner with The Karen Pryor Academy (KPA CTP), a certified Service Dog Coach (SDC), and a Puppy Start Right Instructor.

Joshua has a Certificate of Completion of the Aggression in Dogs Master Course developed by Michael Shikashio CDBC. He is also a Certified Professional Pet Sitter through Pet Sitters International and a member of the Association of Professional Dog Trainers (APDT). Joshua specializes in Applied Behavior Analysis, the science-based methodology foundational to clicker training.
