Well Done Charlie Dog Training helps owners manage natural dog behaviors like barking, digging, chewing, and jumping by providing “legal” outlets. Behavior problem-solving involves environmental management, training alternative behaviors, and using non-violent penalties like time-outs. They use positive reinforcement for new skills and classical conditioning to change emotional responses in fearful or aggressive dogs, teaching them that scary things predict positive outcomes. Separation anxiety training is conducted remotely via video chat platforms, with daily coaching and plan adjustments to mimic real-life absences. Puppy training focuses on crucial early socialization, bite inhibition, body handling, resource guarding, house-training, and basic obedience to prevent future issues.

Testimonials
“My husband and I have two dogs and in anticipation of the birth of our first child realized we needed to fix some behavior issues. Toni’s ability to work with the dogs and us has been life changing. Our dogs are happier, they listen, they are calmer and we have better control in a loving and peaceful environment.”
– Gabrielle Tucci
“Toni is truly a gifted dog trainer. She has shown me how to train my cockapoo puppy to stay in place, not jump on guests and walk on a loose leash. Toni’s gentle approach has let Sammie remain her energetic and enthusiastic self but to behave better in social interactions.”
– Mary Mitchelson
“I jokingly referred to Toni as my Fairy Godmother because she has made such a profound impact on the life of my dog Marley & I. Marley’s separation anxiety was so bad I would return home to anonymous notes from my neighbor complaining about my dog’s crying. Then along came Toni. When I first started training, simply standing up from the couch would have him on high alert. Now I can go out and he’s home completely relaxed.”
– Jadea & Marley

How to Get Started!
To begin, clients schedule an initial consultation via Zoom, Skype, or FaceTime. During this 90-minute session, the dog’s history is reviewed, goals are established, and management and training options are outlined. A personalized training plan is then developed and guided by the trainer. For separation anxiety, this initial consultation includes an assessment to analyze the dog’s behavior and outline specific techniques.
